What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Greeter needed for our Chippewa location! position at Bowser Automotive, Inc.?
The Sales Greeter will work closely with the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager to enhance the customer experience for Bowser Automotive customers and to solicit new business for the Sales Consultant.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in the showroom
- Answer phone calls and follow up with customers
- Conduct all follow-up for current customers ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Stock in new and used cars
- Track leads system
- Fill out customer logs
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by General Sales Manager and Sales Consultant
Education and Qualifications:
- High School degree
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to drive a standard transmission is preferred
- PA Sales license or ability to obtain a Sales license from the State of Pennsylvania
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for no less than 12 hours/day
