The SkyPark Attendant is a full-time, seasonal position at the Gatlinburg SkyPark. The SkyPark Attendant is responsible for exhibiting excellent customer service while working in various locations at the SkyPark. New hires in this position can make up to $16 per hour, while having the opportunity to qualify for medical, dental, vision, and voluntary-life benefits. PTO and 401K are also available. Responsibilities
Typical job functions include:
- Exhibiting excellent customer service
- Answering customer questions
- Helping customers on and off the scenic chairlift
- Performing routine checks on the chairlift, SkyBridge, and more
- Ensuring guests satisfaction and safety
- Monitoring activity on the SkyBridge
- Helping in various locations on top and bottom of the mountain
- Performing daily clean-up and routine operational preparations
Other specific duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
This job might be for you if:
- You are at least 18 years old
- Achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- You enjoy working outside in various weather conditions
- You would enjoy a customer service position helping and interacting with guests
