REPORTS TO: 21st Century Program Director
FLSA STATUS: Exempt

SUPERVISES: 21st CCLC Site Staff (including part-time staff, interns and Vendors)
SALARY RANGE: Based on experience
TERM: Contingent upon 21 CCLC funding
Position Summary
The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program aims to improve academic achievement, attendance, behavior, promotion rates, and graduation rates through high-quality out-of-school-time programming. The Site Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of a school-based 21st CCLC program site under the supervision of the Program Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, implement and evaluate programs and activities that promote academic enrichment, youth development and college/career readiness.
- The site requires you to enroll a min of 175 students. Each student must obtain a minimum of 15 hours in the program year.
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for all participants.
- Collect and report data on student outcomes, attendance, program objectives, and other performance metrics.
- Manage site-level expenditures and ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise part-time staff and volunteers.
- Facilitate ongoing Professional development and coaching to support High-Quality instruction and youth engagement.
- Actively recruit student participants, with attention to those recommended by school staff.
- Support student behavior management and supervise students as needed.
- Foster partnerships with families, schools, and community organizations.
- Maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with principals, teachers, staff, and volunteers.
- Participate in bi-weekly supervision meetings with the Program Director.
- Submit monthly reports and maintain accurate records, including input into the TransAct system. (attendance, activities, student application, staffing ETC )
- Conduct parent and student surveys with Via Evaluation data manager
- 175 Students must participate for a minimum of 15 hours for the year.
- Plan and coordinate parent engagement workshops.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Participant in all advisory meetings
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as the liaison between the program, school administration, teachers, and district staff.
- Participate in required meetings, trainings, and site observations.
- Contribute to the continuous quality improvement process through reflection, feedback, and goal setting.
Data Collection, Compliance, & Reporting
- Tracking attendance, academic progress, and behavioral indicators using (Transact) data system.
- Ensure all program activities meet grant objectives and federal reporting requirements.
- Submit accurate and timely monthly reports, biweekly timesheets, and budget documentation.
- Office of Children and family services (OCFS) compliance must maintain zero violation must maintain ocfs training trackers up to date.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of two years of experience in a school-based or community-based out-of-school-time program
- Strong understanding of positive youth development, community engagement, and program operations
- Effective communication skills across diverse audiences
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and perform the physical demands of the job
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or working with 21st CCLC-funded programs
- Degree in education, youth development, social work, or a related field
- Administrative or supervisory experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or other language relevant to the school community
Other duties
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Program director to ensure program quality and compliance.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay: Starting at $58,000 annually
