Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Cost Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for complex environmental and civil construction projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project budgets align with design and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed cost estimates for specialty construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to understand scope and key project requirements.
• Lead pre-construction efforts by providing accurate budgets and cost projections.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and vendor pricing to maintain up-to-date cost databases.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving strategies.
• Participate in bid reviews, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive and reliable pricing.
• Provide risk analysis and contingency recommendations for project estimates.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for cost estimates and project analysis.
