This company has grown is still in early stages the MW Region has grown to over $200M in just 4 years, with a target of $500M. We are seeking operationally minded finance professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, excited to build a world-class operation. We’re looking for finance professionals who are just as excited to add value to operations as they are to deep dive into the financial analysis & strategy.
Location: Denver, CO
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in-office)
Salary: $150-160k plus Bonus

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS (must meet all qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years of management level experience
- Experience owning the financial budgeting, forecasting and analysis function for a mid-sized services organization in the $100-500M revenue range with multiple sites and site-level P&Ls
- Experience communicating monthly/quarterly financial performance executive and operational leadership
- Experience working directly with Project Managers and other operations personnel to monitor operational/performance level KPIs
- Basic understanding of GAAP and experience working closely with the company Controller to support the month-end close process
- Strong Excel skills (minimum requirement is the creation of Pivot Tables & utilizing Lookups)
- Experience with mid to large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.
- Experience working in a PE-backed environment
- Experience with KPI reports specifically on labor analysis
- Experience in a high volume services environment
