Your Challenge:

You are more than a backlog manager; you are a product owner who thrives on ambiguity and technical depth. You will:

• Define & Execute Product Strategy: Drive the product lifecycle for key areas of our network platform, translating the high-level vision and complex requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
• Forge Deep Alignment: Act as the critical bridge between product vision, engineering execution, and design excellence. Ensure seamless communication, shared understanding, and tight integration across teams (especially via Jira and Figma workflows).
• Master Technical Complexity: Dive deep with engineering leaders to understand intricate network, identity, and security concepts, making informed trade-offs and ensuring solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Drive the Development Lifecycle: Shepherd features from initial ideation through rigorous development sprints to successful release, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Champion the User & Market: Go beyond stated needs; develop profound empathy for diverse users (from developers to enterprise clients) through research and data, relentlessly advocating for solutions that are not just technically feasible but truly intuitive and valuable.
• Own Product Requirements: Craft clear, concise user stories, specifications, and requirements documentation (leveraging Jira) that effectively guides the engineering team and articulate the 'what' and 'why'.
• Identify & Seize Opportunity: Continuously analyze the evolving technical landscape, user feedback, and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.

What You Bring (The Profile of an A-Player Technical PM):

• Proven Product Impact: You have a significant track record (likely 5 years) in technical product management, demonstrating your ability to ship complex, successful products, ideally in domains like network technologies, cybersecurity, identity, or platform services.
• Strategic & Technical Depth: You possess a strong technical foundation (perhaps a CS degree or equivalent experience) allowing you to engage credibly with engineers on backend systems, APIs, and network protocols, combined with the ability to think strategically about market needs and product positioning.
• Execution Excellence: You are adept at agile methodologies and tools like Jira, with a proven ability to manage complex workflows, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive multiple initiatives to completion simultaneously.
• Relentless User Focus: You have a deep-seated passion for understanding user needs and translating them into elegant, effective product solutions. You appreciate and can contribute to great UX/UI design.
• First-Principles Problem Solver: You excel at breaking down ambiguous, complex problems into manageable parts and driving towards solutions, even in uncharted territory.
• Exceptional Communicator & Influencer: You articulate technical concepts and product vision clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, building consensus and driving alignment.
