Talent Groups is leading the search for a Sr. Product Manager for UCaaS. We are seeking a well-rounded and experienced Product Manager to work with development teams across the company. This position will be highly visible and is intended to help teams of developers and engineers adopt agile best practices, as well as keep them on track with deliverables.
This is a contract to hire position that will require a hybrid working model.
To be immediately and seriously considered for this exceptional career opportunity, you must have the following:
- 8 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in UCaaS-focused roles. Experience working in flat organizations or lean teams is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and execute effective pricing strategies.
- Strong understanding of UCaaS technologies, including voice, video, and messaging, and their application in SMB and Mid-Market environments.
- Deep experience in creating product requirements, managing backlogs, and shipping software in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure success.
