Job Description:

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the innovation and development of web and mobile applications within the hospitality, eCommerce, and casino engagement sectors. This role focuses on enhancing user experiences, optimizing digital platforms, and driving revenue growth through strategic product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) environment.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless web and mobile experiences.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to optimize eCommerce and casino engagement features.
• Partner with hospitality teams to implement digital solutions that enhance the guest experience.
• Leverage data analytics to measure product performance and inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with gaming industry regulations and best practices in hospitality and digital commerce.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of product management experience, preferably in hospitality, eCommerce, or gaming industries.
• Strong background in web and mobile application development.
• Familiarity with casino engagement strategies, loyalty programs, and digital commerce.
• Experience in an Agile product development environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with payment processing and digital commerce platforms.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile applications.
