Brazi Bites is on a mission to create joyful moments through craveable, frozen foods that are naturally gluten-free and instantly loved. Our small-yet-mighty marketing team is fueling rapid growth and launching exciting new products.
We are seeking a highly motivated Community Manager to support and engage our growing fan base, deepen brand loyalty and amplify our brand voice across digital channels. This role blends customer care, social engagement, and content collaboration—and is ideal for someone who loves building community and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
The ideal candidate is a thoughtful communicator, team player, and proactive problem solver with a passion for social media and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Social Listening
- Engage daily with fans across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), responding to comments and DMs
- Seek out and interact with potential new fans to drive brand discovery
- Manage surprise-and-delight programs to recognize superfans, influencers, and VIPs, fostering meaningful connections and identifying opportunities for deeper brand partnerships
- Monitor brand mentions and relevant trends, escalating insights to the broader team
Customer Relations & E-Commerce Support
- Manage the company’s main inbox and phone line, ensuring all inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally
- Provide top-tier customer support for product questions, concerns, and eCommerce inquiries, in close coordination with the Operations team
- Partner with Amazon and our fulfillment provider to resolve online order issues promptly and ensure a smooth customer experience; regularly monitor for new issues and trends
- Track and respond to product feedback via Zendesk; deliver monthly reporting to leadership
- Maintain the company’s FAQ database and online store locator
Content & Campaign Support
- Manage monthly email campaigns: schedule, write copy, design, and deploy
- Capture and contribute content for social media as needed
Events & Brand Representation
- Assist in the execution of consumer shows and industry trade events
- Represent Brazi Bites with professionalism and brand spirit—both online and in-person
Required Skills & Attributes:

Qualifications:
- 1–2 years experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
