Breaking Barriers Therapy Services (BBTS) is the premier provider for Applied Behavior Analysis that is naturalistic, neuro affirming, and assent-based. We believe in play based therapy that teaches children to communicate wants and needs, to cope with denied access, and engage appropriately with others. With our 8,000 sq ft facility complete with a state of the art sensory gym. The tools and resources are at your finger tips to do great therapy! We utilize a hybrid approach of home, clinic and community as deemed appropriate by the BCBA.

As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) you will provide family-centered ABA services to individuals with behavior challenges and skill deficits. Behavior Analyst are responsible for caseload management, conducting assessments, writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, data collection and display, as well as training and supervising caregivers and staff in home and clinic settings. Successful candidates are dependable, independent, and love children.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Can pass a background check
- Dependable, genuine, self-motivated, has integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Utah
- Experience working as a BCBA in home and clinic settings
- CPR Certified
