Brewer Morris is working with a nationally recognized commercial litigation firm with over 65 attorneys to recruit an associate attorney for its Boca Raton office.
Job Description:
The firm is seeking driven and detail-oriented attorneys to join its dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct factual and legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Collaborate with team leads on litigation strategy and case development
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- 3–8 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Billable hours 1900 annually
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mock trial or moot court experience
- Highly responsive and proactive work style
Compensation:
$205,000 the first year, $215,000 the second year, $230,000 the third year. After that, based on performance, experience, schooling, etc.
