Role Overview
This is not just another treasury seat. As Treasury Director you will own global cash strategy liquidity planning capital markets activity and banking relationships. You will report to the CFO and work directly with senior leadership to shape the company’s financial future.

What You’ll Own
- Oversee global cash management liquidity forecasting and intercompany funding
- Lead capital markets activity including debt planning covenant compliance and interest rate strategies
- Develop and scale treasury infrastructure systems and controls to support international growth
- Manage global banking relationships including fee negotiations lines of credit and partner engagement
- Collaborate with FP&A accounting and investor relations to align cash strategy with business goals
- Build executive level reporting dashboards and presentations for board level discussions
- Lead and mentor treasury staff with a focus on development and scalability
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance accounting or related field (MBA or CTP is a plus)
- 7 plus years of treasury leadership experience preferably in high growth or capital intensive industries
- Deep understanding of cash management liquidity planning debt structures and banking operations
- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and executive presence
- Proven ability to scale treasury systems and processes in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Excel and treasury systems such as Kyriba SAP or similar
