What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and review accounting and audit engagements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and firm standards
- Train and mentor staff, manage workloads, and support development
- Communicate with clients and internal teams on progress and findings
- Identify and resolve accounting issues
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field
- 3 years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in audit software, Excel, and Word
