Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and review complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts
- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services across a variety of industries
- Lead client engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior associates
- Stay current on federal, state, and local tax laws and communicate key updates to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions
Qualifications:
- CPA license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred
- 5 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or a similar environment
- Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency with tax software such as CCH Axcess, GoSystem, or similar platforms
