What You’ll Do:
- Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients across various industries
- Lead client engagements from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and seniors
- Stay current on tax law changes and proactively communicate implications to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated client service
What We’re Looking For:
- CPA license required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred
- 5 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or a similar environment
- Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Experience with tax software such as CCH Axcess, GoSystem, or similar platforms
