Icertis - Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Icertis CLM Process/Workstream Lead to drive implementation and optimization of Contract Lifecycle Management solutions for large, capital-intensive programs. This role demands strategic oversight, functional leadership, and deep integration experience between Icertis CLM and upstream/downstream ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Icertis CLM workflows and business processes
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Legal, Procurement, and IT teams
• Align contract management features to enterprise-wide capital project lifecycle
• Define integration models with ERP platforms (SAP S/4, Oracle Unifier, MS Dynamics)
• Drive continuous improvement of compliance, obligation management, and renewals
• Provide stakeholder reporting, data analytics, and user adoption strategies
• Deliver status reports, manage risks, and lead governance routines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
• 10 years of experience in technical program or product management
• 8 years in managing multi-disciplinary, enterprise-level projects
• 6 years in Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation
• Expertise in Icertis CLM features: authoring, negotiation, execution, repository & compliance
• Experience integrating Icertis with SAP ECC/S4, Oracle Unifier, or MS Dynamics
• Familiarity with Icertis Analytics or Reporting tools
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
