What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Operations Analyst position at BrickRed Systems?
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst with a strong process mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position plays a key role in identifying process gaps, proposing improvements, and driving operational efficiencies within a collaborative global team.
Job Responsibilities: -
- Analyze and map current processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate process gaps and improvement recommendations to leadership.
- Drive operational effectiveness by recommending and supporting new ways of working.
- Support technical and operational planning to achieve specific team objectives.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders (some evening calls with Asia may be required).
- Maintain current data and reporting on business scorecards.
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on operational analysis.
Qualification: -
- 5 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role
- Strong expertise in process mapping, process management, and operational improvement
- Experience with compliance labeling is highly desired
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive clarity
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement in cross-functional teams
- PMP Certification (nice to have, not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Process Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience
