Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst with a strong process mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position plays a key role in identifying process gaps, proposing improvements, and driving operational efficiencies within a collaborative global team.

Job Responsibilities: -

• Analyze and map current processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate process gaps and improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Drive operational effectiveness by recommending and supporting new ways of working.
• Support technical and operational planning to achieve specific team objectives.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders (some evening calls with Asia may be required).
• Maintain current data and reporting on business scorecards.
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on operational analysis.

Qualification: -

• 5 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role
• Strong expertise in process mapping, process management, and operational improvement
• Experience with compliance labeling is highly desired
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive clarity
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with stakeholder engagement in cross-functional teams
• PMP Certification (nice to have, not required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Process Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience
