Overview
This role will focus on ensuring financial accuracy and
transparency within Corporate Functions & Converse through the management
and analysis of key financial data. This role will work in the Business
Operations team and partner closely with the Vendor Management team and our
Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
· Maintain labor roster for org to ensure accurate
labor forecasts
· Assist in development of standard format for
monthly financial reviews with senior leaders
· Partner with Finance manager to input data into
financial reports for monthly financial reviews with senior leaders
· Develop forecasts of monthly spend for all
agreements in CF&C based on signed agreements
· Compare actual charges to forecasts and identify
discrepancies that need to be investigated or escalated
· Develop a proposal for how we integrate vendor
financial data into monthly financial reviews
· Assist vendor management team in determining
allocated budget for new agreements and renewals
· Work with Finance partner to resolve missed,
late, or missing invoices
Requirements
Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience
within a business environment in an operations or administration role
· Experience in process development
· Experience
with financial or vendor management a plus but not required
· Strong data analysis, data management, problem
resolution and communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability
to simplify complex information into clear reports
· Works
well in highly matrixed and collaborative environments
