Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online banking messages.
- Process wire transfers and conduct account closures.
- Perform general account maintenance and data entry tasks.
- Assist with online and mobile banking troubleshooting.
- Educate customers on self-service tools and digital banking options.
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Support off-phone tasks and special assignments as needed.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and navigating multiple systems.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to change.
- Professional and tactful handling of customer concerns.
- 1–3 years of experience in a contact center environment.
- Prior banking or financial services experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
