Our growing company is seeking detail-oriented and organized Office Operations Assistant to join our team in the main office of our Sayville, NY location. The Office Operations Assistant provides a wide-range of essential operations and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Posting inventory receipts
- Invoice matching
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Payables invoice posting
- Reconciling office expenses
- Processing of expense receipts and other accounting administrative tasks
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Regular Customer Account Maintenance Tasks
- Inputting of Tax Exempt Forms
- Creating and sending purchase orders as necessary
- General Office Tasks
Skills:
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly capable/experienced working in a Windows Computer Environment
- Excel, Google Sheets experience
Hourly pay is $20 Based on previous and relevant experience and qualifications.
