The Foreclosure Manager is responsible for daily operations of a fast-paced foreclosure department. The selected candidate will support and manage related functions to the foreclosure process that include, monitoring of foreclosure timelines, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to state, federal and client guidelines. The Foreclosure Manager will assist in development and maintenance of policies, procedures and reports related to the department.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor workflow to ensure that appropriate levels of productivity and customer service are met.
- Support foreclosure team to ensure department standards and client objectives are met
- Lead department team leads and staff to ensure compliance with firm's policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement foreclosure policies, procedures and training guidelines ensuring that they are carried out according to established requirements.
- Ensure client guidelines and requirements are followed ensuring that compensatory fees or penalties are not incurred.
- Analyze reports to identify and monitor trends for the foreclosure department.
- Provide Direct Ops Manager with weekly reporting.
- Audit daily performance logs to improve process and productivity levels.
- Meet contractual timelines through monthly audits of client referrals.
- Review and respond to client reports regarding performance measures.
- Review and approve staff payroll.
Salary : $43,700 - $55,400
