What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Brock & Scott PLLC?

We are seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our team in Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in collection and impound cases.
  • Prepare legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and pleadings.
  • Draft correspondence to opposing counsel.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and Court personnel.
  • Conduct settlement negotiations.

Salary : $77,100 - $97,600
