We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in insurance defense to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling insurance defense matters and be eager to manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception to resolution.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
- Provide detailed and strategic legal advice to clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to develop case strategies.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
- 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
