Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of general litigation and product liability cases, including case analysis, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and motions.
- Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute case strategies.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff on case management.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in New York.
- 3-8 years of experience in general litigation and product liability cases.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle cases independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Trial experience is a plus but not required.
