We are now Hiring a Front Receptionist!
Compensation: Full-time Hourly, Depending upon experience
Schedule: The schedule will fluctuate, weekends and holidays are necessary
Location: Broken Sound Club - 2401 Willow Springs Dr, Boca Raton, Florida 33496
Essential Responsibilities:
Provides customer service to club members and administrative support to the membership department with an emphasis on multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
- Be the face of the club and represent all departments and questions.
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages.
- Respond to member inquiries regarding reservations for dining, cards, club activities and special events, new membership and general info, i.e., directions, transponders, etc.
- Type correspondence as requested.
- Fill out houseguest passes.
- Assists Membership when needed.
- Aware of club social events and able to direct members.
- Knowledgeable of any general club questions and be able to redirect members to the appropriate department when needed.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Excellent computer skills required
- Great customer service skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.
- Front Desk/Reception/Customer service experience preferred
- Hospitality or Restaurant knowledge a plus
