What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Produce Associate position at Browns Orchards and Farm Market?
Our award-winning produce department is determined to putting out the high-quality produce our customers have come to appreciate and love. As a member of the produce team, you will be responsible for stocking the floor and will serve as a resource to customers on questions regarding produce. Additionally, this job will require heavy lifting and sorting through produce harvested by our field crew.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleans and arranges produce for sale in a presentable sales fashion.
Assists customers in locating produce and answers their questions as necessary.
Assembles produce orders and stores them for pick-up.
Inspects produce on display and removes produce that is no longer suitable for sale.
Restocks display produce as necessary and alerts a manager if inventory needs replenished.
Stocks milk, cider, and other items in the Cold Case.
Salary : $21,600 - $27,300
