Overview:
As a result of exceptional growth in our Mass Spectrometry instrument sales in North America, Bruker Daltonics has an immediate opening for an Aftermarket Support Sales Representative who will present and sell Maintenance Services Agreements to current and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration or Life Sciences plus 5 years inside or outside sales experience in after- market service sales for high tech equipment required.

Quote and Sell our portfolio of aftermarket support services.- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare a variety of status reports-goals & forecast, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff and customers.
- collaborate with associate departments within company including outside sales, technical support, customer service and accounting departments.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and Request for Quotes (RFQ)
- Other duties may be assigned.

Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Sales Force Experience strongly preferred.
