What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prepper position at Bryton Marine Group?
Prepare welded aluminum boat hulls for painting process by performing the following duties:
Sand hull and parts either by hand or with air sanders.
Polish parts of hull according to the work order.
Cleaning aluminum surfaces for contaminates such as grease and dust.
Check hull for scratches and/or defects so that they may be corrected.
Other duties as assigned.
Be available for overtime, weekend, or 2nd shift work assignments.
Candidates must be able to pass a post-employment physical test and drug screening.
Must be 18 years old to be employed.
Qualifications
No specific required skill set, will train.
