Reports to: Influencer Marketing Associate

Hourly expectation: 40 hours per week (FT)/ 20 hours per week (PT)

Location: Hybrid (Candidate should be in the New York Metro Area and able to reliably commute to the office 1X-2X weekly)

Hourly Rate: $16.50 hourly

Mandatory Weekend & Evening Shifts Weekly

Job Overview

This Influencer Intern role will help support the Bubble Influencer & Community Team in a wide variety of day to day operations.

Responsibilities:

Influencer Support:

• Support on the day-to-day upkeep of Bubble's various influencer trackers.
• Be both proactive and reactive with the scoping of new influencers, building lists, updating lists, logging posts, etc.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for fostering influencer relationships and growing the influencer network
• Support with recaps and content briefs
• Support with our gifting efforts by creating shipping labels, updating tracking information, and placing gratis orders
• Support with daily monitoring of influencer platforms
  
  

Operational Support:

• Provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the influencer team and influencer relationships; this will be varied but some examples could include creating shipping labels, sending packages, tracking packages, updating external communications, meeting notes, etc.
  
  

Sendouts Management:

• Coordinate and assist with influencer sendouts, whether they are gratis or otherwise.
• Ensure that sendouts are processed efficiently and in compliance with company guidelines.
  
  

Social Media Engagement

• Engage effectively and in a timely manner with influencer posts across Instagram and TikTok
• Be responsible for downloading and tracking influencer social media posts
  
  

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous internship experience required
• Must be actively enrolled in a college or university in the United States
• Must be based in NY Metro Area (NY/NJ/CT)
• Highly organized and able manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintain highly organized and detailed spreadsheets, trackers, etc.
• Knowledge of current trends in brand and influencer marketing to leverage insights in identifying new influencer opportunities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Communicate proactively and take initiative across all tasks and projects
