What You'll Do:
We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join us in growing the Athena House program, a residential treatment program for women and women with children, that will change lives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for women seeking help, the community and our partners. Your role will be to support the team with Administrative functions, including answering the phone, utilization of our EHR system to enter clients and schedule appointments for admission, safety coordination and supply ordering. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday. Day Shift

- A desire to work with partners in the community to find solutions to gaps in care.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Recent and/or relevant experience working with the population of substance use disorders and/or mentally disabled and dual-diagnosed population is preferred.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of AA/NA Twelve-Step programs and resources
