We’re looking for a Real Estate Data Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of our global real estate portfolio. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Senior Real Estate Data Manager and the Business Insights & Process Team to manage critical lease data, ensure compliance with ASC 842, and provide analytical support that enhances operational decisions and financial accuracy.

From data integrity to vendor compliance to cross-functional reporting, this role will position you as a key contributor in optimizing how we manage and understand our real estate assets.
Responsibilities-
Lease Administration:
- Interpret complex lease language with input from Legal and business teams to abstract key obligations into lease management systems
- Set up and maintain lease records, including amendments and payment schedules, in line with ASC 842 accounting standards
- Track critical dates such as renewals, terminations, escalations, and operating expense adjustments
- Draft and prepare notices for lease commencements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate rent disbursements and income tracking
- Act as a liaison between the firm and external landlords or vendors to support lease compliance and dispute resolution
Data Management & Analysis:
- Build a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s lease data, vendor agreements, and their operational context
- Identify discrepancies between contract terms and vendor billing; resolve through reconciliation and internal follow-up
- Maintain the accuracy of the lease database via regular audits and cross-validation with ERP, finance subledgers, and internal contract systems
- Collaborate on the evolution of data processes—identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and help implement automation where possible
- Produce actionable insights for stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Infrastructure teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, real estate operations, or business research—experience in lease accounting or compliance is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Familiarity with real estate lease administration tools and ERP/financial systems preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong eye for detail
- Proactive, analytical thinker with a track record of problem-solving and process improvement
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across global teams and interact with external partners
- Comfortable handling confidential information and operating with discretion
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
