What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mover/Warehouse Associate position at Bucks County Estate Traders Inc?
The Mover/Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining organization, productivity, and accountability for their assigned tasks. They are key to ensuring maintaining product workflow in the product life cycle. This includes the movement of inventory from loading docks to photo booths, photo booths to showroom sections, repair areas to showroom sections, etc. or assisting customers/shippers in loading and unloading products. This role does not have any direct reports. Some key tasks include (but not limited to):
- The cleanliness of their workspace
- Their productivity and efficiency
- The accuracy of their tasks
- Organize warehouse, loading dock and truck
- Move furniture around showroom to ensure inventory is managed accurately
- Load and unload furniture on trucks, customer vehicles, shipper vehicles
- Assist in delivering and picking up furniture from homes and businesses in the area as needed
- Complete all opening and closing tasks for the building as needed
- Complete all paperwork for each customer pick up/delivery accurately
- Ability to receive direction on projects and then work independently
- Ability to work within a team and assist on project
Monday - Saturday 8:30-4:30
