Project Manager - Multi-family Construction

Position: Project Manager

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $90k–$130k Bonus

Benefits: $800 Auto allowance, gas card, cell phone allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to ensure timely and within-budget completion, from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain effective communication and work flow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk management, identify issues, and implement corrective measures when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in Multi-family construction projects valued from $5M -$20M.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project etc.)
• Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with acute attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30 Hour.
