Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and maintain project schedules
- Ensure job-site safety and high-quality construction standards
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and on-site teams
- Act as the primary liaison with clients and internal teams
- Address and resolve on-site challenges quickly
Compensation & Benefits:
