Salary: $190,000 – $220,000 Benefits Vehicle Allowance

Known for their commitment to safety, quality, and innovation, they have successfully completed major terminal expansions, runway redevelopments, and aviation support facilities across the country. Their team brings decades of experience in managing critical infrastructure work in high-security, high-traffic environments.
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the on-site delivery of aviation and airport construction projects ranging from $50M to $200M. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in managing large, technically complex commercial or aviation projects and possess a strong leadership presence on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of aviation construction projects, from mobilization through closeout.
- Coordinate daily activities with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards on all job sites.
- Lead and manage on-site teams, driving performance, productivity, and accountability.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule or logistical challenges.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders and clients during construction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent, with at least 5 years on aviation or large-scale commercial projects.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects $50M in value.
- In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations, airport safety requirements, and phased construction in operational environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
