Assistant General Manager

As an AGM, you’ll be responsible for creating a perfect dining experience for our guests through leadership, development, and a variety of industry-leading tools and strategies to manage all aspects of the operation. Five years of restaurant management experience is preferred.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in a restaurant management role
- Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience preferred
- Drive-thru and Catering experience preferred
- Familiar with and comfortable leading 10 team members per shift
- Financial acumen, particularly with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
- QSR Trend Awareness
- Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures
- Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
