Responsibilities:
- Wash & clean tableware, pots, pans & cooking equipment
- Keep dish room & equipment clean & organized
- Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant & restaurant team
- Follow & food safety & sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment & dishes
- Do kitchen & prep area cleaning
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of keeping clean & safe work areas
- Ability to stand for long periods & lift up to 50 pounds
- Skills handling cleaning utensils & chemical solutions, water & kitchen equipment
- Knowledge & training of safe food handling
Musts:
- Must be 100% guest-focused and consistently project a positive, upbeat attitude!
- Must have consistent high-energy people & communication skills showing compassion & empathy!
- Must have a positive, friendly attitude & demeanor and be a go-getter!
