The position oversees five to six different restaurants and is directly responsible for overseeing an average Profit & Loss (P&L) of nine million dollars, and specifically reaching an EBITDA of approximately one million dollars. Responsible for all people related decisions including but not limited to hiring, counseling, performance management, development, promotions, and terminations. Accountable for the cash management for each restaurant, inventory regulation, labor scheduling, repairs and maintenance of restaurants, and cost analysis. Also responsible for the onboarding processes for new employees. Has management responsibilities for team of professionals (includes people, budget and planning).

Roles And Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining quality controls in regards to service, facilities, and operations
- Responsible for ensuring restaurants maintain accurate cash counts and inventory management
- Responsible for reviewing labor expenses and restaurant scheduling
- Responsible for onboarding new managers and delivering training plans to assist in their development and performance
- Responsible for setting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual team goals pertaining to sales, operations, and profitability
- Makes hiring decisions and people related moves
- Streamlines routine processes and follow ups across the entire marketspace
- Reports sales forecasts, profitability and budget
- Conducts performance reviews with management teams
- Creates action plans to reach aggressive targets and close the gaps on key operations metrics including but not limited to speed of service, food quality, friendliness, traffic, and sales
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of basic financial concepts, operations management and leadership
- Skilled in directing and leading a team of professionals
- Ability to multi-task with conflicting priorities; ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing; ability to drive sales, improve operations in the restaurants, and deliver EBITDA targets
- 2 to 4 years previous experience; specific experience in Franchise Operations preferred
