Customer Service Office Staff

Burke Cleaners is hiring front office customer service. Part time.

Schedule: 12 noon to 5pm Monday - Friday

May need to open on occasion.

Office hours: 7amto 5pm Monday - Friday

**No nights, no weekends. Closed holidays.

We are looking for an individual that can multi-task and is a leader. Customer service skills are very important as well and organizational skills.

Job Duties:

• Answer the phone and these calls range from customer to our outside locations.
• Support and aid the other Burke Cleaners locations
• Do the nightly deposits.
• Wait on customers and check in dry-cleaning for processing.
• Light housekeeping duties

Requirements:

• 19 years of age
• High school degree minimum
• Ability to type
• Basic computer skills
• EXCELLENT customer service skills
• Great phone etiquette - you spend a lot of time on the phone.
• NO DRY CLEANING EXPERINCE NEEDED
• Ability to multi-task
• Abilbity to work in a fast pace enviroment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
