What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Office Staff position at Burke Cleaners?
Burke Cleaners is hiring front office customer service. Part time.
Schedule: 12 noon to 5pm Monday - Friday
May need to open on occasion.
Office hours: 7amto 5pm Monday - Friday
**No nights, no weekends. Closed holidays.
We are looking for an individual that can multi-task and is a leader. Customer service skills are very important as well and organizational skills.
Job Duties:
- Answer the phone and these calls range from customer to our outside locations.
- Support and aid the other Burke Cleaners locations
- Do the nightly deposits.
- Wait on customers and check in dry-cleaning for processing.
- Light housekeeping duties
Requirements:
- 19 years of age
- High school degree minimum
- Ability to type
- Basic computer skills
- EXCELLENT customer service skills
- Great phone etiquette - you spend a lot of time on the phone.
- NO DRY CLEANING EXPERINCE NEEDED
- Ability to multi-task
- Abilbity to work in a fast pace enviroment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
