What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Customer Service position at Burke Cleaners?
We are hiring for part time nights and weekends in Moline. Need both opening and closing shifts for the weekend. 20 hours a week. Rotating weekends is available. This is a laundromat / dry-cleaning location.
Shifts available:
- Mon - Fri 2pm to 9pm
- Saturday 9am to 3pm / 3 pm to 9pm
- Sunday 9am to 3pm and 3pm to 9pm
Required:
- 18 years of age
- Previous customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Previous cash handling experience
- Able to lift a minimum least 10 lb
- Can stand on your feet for at least four hours and able to bend
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to work until 9:00 pm depending on location.
- Must be able to report to work at 7:00 am
Duties:
- Wait on dry-cleaning customers - check in orders and hand out orders through the computer.
- Complete dry-cleaning orders and put them away
- Help customers with problems and solve whenever possible
- Other duties as assigned
- Cleaning the laundromat and helping those customers
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
