Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead discussions with both technical and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and map strategic business requirements to system solutions.
- Documentation & Analysis: Write precise and detailed technical specifications (functional and non-functional), executive summaries, business process flows, and architectural best practices.
- Project Delivery: Oversee successful execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with customer satisfaction and strategic objectives.
- Process Optimization: Work cross-functionally to identify and implement optimizations in application capabilities and business processes.
- UAT & Quality Assurance: Support user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure high-quality releases and strong user experience.
- Application Support: Provide ongoing support for ACH and ARM platforms, with a focus on modernization and continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technology field.
- Experience:
- Background in banking and/or payment processing (ACH, check fraud, Positive Pay)
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Prior mainframe experience preferred
- Experience working with both onshore and offshore development teams
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and project coordination capabilities
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Understanding of data, data modeling, and data reporting
- Ability to effectively capture and translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
- Experience with fraud detection and payment systems
- Ability to create and manage detailed project plans
- Familiarity with architectural design best practices and executive-level reporting
- Experience facilitating requirements sign-offs and leading review sessions
