Role Overview
- Decontaminate, assemble, sterilize, and inspect surgical instruments
- Operate washers, sterilizers, and autoclaves
- Maintain accurate documentation and instrument tracking
- Support patient safety through high-quality sterile processing
Requirements
- CRCST or CIS certification – REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on sterile processing experience
- Knowledge of decontamination, sterilization, and infection control practices
- Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment
