Under the direction of the Director, Kinesiology and Athletics, the Assistant Athletic Trainer will assist with injury prevention, recognition, evaluation and care of student athletes. The Assistant Athletic Trainer will provide first aid and emergency care, treatment of injuries, and follow-up management and rehabilitation according to medical directions and standard medical practices. Will perform other related duties as required.
The general work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with some evening and weekend hours depending on sport schedules.
