Boutique law firm seeking 0-2 year associate attorney for our business services division, which includes but is not limited to business formation, contracts, general counsel services and litigation.
Hybrid position with possible transition to fully remote.

Duties
- Meet with and advise business clients
- Responsible for managing a diverse caseload from general counsel services, to transactional work, and litigation from inception through pre-trial and trial under the guidance of senior attorney
- Draft law and motion
- Draft and respond to discovery' Take and defend depositions
- Make court appearances
- Support other attorneys in other departments as necessary (estate planning, trusts, probate, family law, and non-profit)
Desired Skills and Experience Required:
- JD; CA State Bar License
- 0-2 years of litigation experience with substantial law and motion experience.

- Salary commensurate with experience.
