Job Description:
As a Busser at Hard Truth, you play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, assisting the waitstaff, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Table Setting and Clearing: Set up tables with clean tableware, glassware, and utensils before guests arrive. Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
- Cleanliness: Continuously monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring a neat appearance.
- Assist Waitstaff: Support the waitstaff by refilling water glasses, delivering food to tables, and addressing guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Greet Guests: Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, escort them to their tables, and offer assistance as needed.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Safety: Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Knowledge: Stay informed about the restaurant's menu, specials, and promotions to assist guests with inquiries.

Requirements:
