CarePro Home Medical-Coralville has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Service Technician.
In this role, you will deliver medical equipment to our patients’ homes and demonstrate the use of and perform adjustments on medical equipment as necessary.
This position is scheduled for 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday and will include an on-call evening and weekend rotation.
The successful candidate will be dependable and seeking long-term employment. You must have great communication skills and be team-oriented while providing excellent customer service.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver medical equipment to patient/customer's home using our Company vehicle
- Perform adjustments, train, and demonstrate the use of equipment as necessary to the patient
- Clean and perform maintenance of medical equipment
- Maintain neat, clean, and safe Company vehicle
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and patient confidentiality
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of one year prior experience of maintenance, repair and/or delivery (medical equipment a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret written and online documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Must have the ability to lift up to 70 pounds (loads larger than this will require a team lift)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary
- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
