We’re looking for a Digital Designer with iGaming experience to craft visually compelling, high-performing creative assets that power our online casino and poker platforms. You’ll partner closely with product, CRM, marketing, and promotions teams to develop digital assets that drive engagement, player retention, and revenue while staying true to the Caesars brand legacy.
Essential Job Functions
- Design digital assets for casino and poker promotions (banners, emails, direct mail, social media, CRM & app stores).
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to support user flows, game lobby designs, and in-game promotional graphics.
- Translate campaign concepts into high-quality visual executions that meet brand and regulatory standards.
- Support campaign launches with responsive creative assets optimized for performance and platform guidelines.
- Create animations, micro-interactions, and motion graphics to enhance digital storytelling and engagement.
- Work within Caesars Digital’s design systems while contributing to its evolution based on performance data and innovation.
- Stay ahead of iGaming creative trends, competitor design strategies, and U.S. regulatory compliance guidelines (by state).
- 3 years of digital design experience in iGaming, online casino, entertainment, or consumer-facing digital platforms.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and other modern design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaign design, game UI, responsive design, and motion graphics.
- Experience with mobile-first design and asset production for multiple screen sizes and platforms.
- Attention to detail with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and colour.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
