Overview
The candidate will have 3 to 7 years of IT experience. The IT Support Analyst is an IT professional responsible for the installation/configuration, support, and routine maintenance of Cajun’s computer network. The position will join our team at our physical office in Houston, Texas (Deerpark/Houston area) in order to support a wide range of users and systems. If you are not in Texas, USA or willing to relocate (we CAN NOT sponsor international candidates) please do not apply. A college degree is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities

- Assist Cajun employees/users via phone and in person with various IT support items, including desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones, iPads
- Some occasional travel required (3 to 10 times a year)
- Support both custom and common user software; construction and engineering software experience is a plus
- Ensure proper support documentation
- Assist in managing both physical and virtual servers
- Basic IP networking
- Manage Users in Active Directory
- Stay abreast of new technologies
- Room to learn and grow at Cajun

Cajun is a medium sized construction company with a long history in Louisiana and Texas. Cajun’s IT team supports approximately 600 users, 1/3 of which are in or near the Houston office. The position is based at the Houston office. Laptops, smartphones, printers, PCs, iPads, and various types of networks are involved. Various software and custom software is supported.
