The ideal candidate will bring a positive, friendly, and helpful personality to lead our showroom teams in delivering on the California Closets experience.
Job Summary:
The Client Liaison will work with others to respond to customer inquiries, book design appointments, and assist clients in the showroom. There’s also advancement opportunity to take on additional responsibilities within the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team environment focused on exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Answer & direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments for clients with our designers
- Complete COI [certificate of insurance] for upcoming installations
- Assist customers in the showroom, providing information about product and services
- All other duties as assigned
Personal Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task and deal with a wide variety of people
- Personable with effective communication skills
- Ability to enter data while on the phone with a client
- Have working knowledge of computers (including internet, Microsoft Office) and the ability to learn our own CRM system
