Job Title: Host/Hostess
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form
- Ability to work independently
- Follow and enforce all hotel standards
- Must be able to frequently lift and move items over 25 pounds
- Seats guests and manages the flow of reservations to maximize the guest experience.
- Answers phone calls and answer guest inquiries
- Takes, tracks and organizes reservations, group seating requests, and any other special request as needed.
- Completes to-go orders
- Approaches guest and collects information needed to assist with seat and bar arrangements.
- Perform all other duties as requested.
- Be 18 years of age or older
